[She stops, folding her arms.]

All that idiot is fixated on is some weird idea about how good of a person I am or some nonsense like that. If he thinks he is helping he'll leave you alone, probably. [Or she'll shoot him. Would her bullets even work? ]

[He waves a hand dismissively.]

What do you expect? He's going to make stupid assumptions and be suspicious no matter what. [Stupid self-righteous angels.]

[It is something of an established phenomena that Rosette Christopher has a particularly low threshold for feelings experienced at the same time. With the new additions of exasperation and frustration there's really nothing left for her to do but grab his face and pull on it.]

[She lets up a LITTLE but certainly isn't letting him go yet. ]

Look-! [Reigns in some of his frustration, because it isn't really directed at her.]

[Finally. Finally! She lets him go, dusting off her hands.]

[He immediately backs away a few steps, rubbing his... well... everything, almost. He's not above huffing.]

Good. [Turns on his heel, continuing in their original direction.]

[soul_sister]

[She walks a few steps behind him, hands folded behind her head and watching the clouds above. It'll be raining again soon. It's some time, almost to the apartments, before the speaks up.]

Though to clarify. One-handed.

[overclocking]

[He glances over his shoulder, blankly.]

[soul_sister]

If it came down to it. I bet you could take him one handed.

[overclocking]

[Somehow, being told he could lay a pretentious angel flat is extremely flattering. He looks away, oddly flustered.]

[soul_sister]

[The smile on her face breaks into a grin, as she taps a finger on her chin.]

[Stops and turns, though he's not oblivious to the stab of relief as things return to some semblance of normality.]

[soul_sister]

It's not cocky when it's a fact. Face it, you wouldn't know what to do without me.

[She stops as well and puts on hand on a hip, the other brushes back her hair from her shoulder.]
